I see them making a filler episode where Naruto does the Chunin exam again

Well they made an OVA where he takes it again right before the war. This time it's held in the Sand Village. Basically he matches up against Konohamaru and beats him to a pulp but loses due to a technicality.

the listed STILL genin but can really take any Kage - Naruto, Sasuke, Kabuto, The 4's wierd guys back from Sasuke's Recon Mission, Kimimaro, juugo, suigetsu, the list would go on and on, and i think the master of puppet too from sand coz he vanished from his village during his childhood. Oppsss gaara too straight to become kage without chuunin and jounin ranks.

The ranking system in NV is useless.
