Anyone else think orochimaru killed tsunades brother?

Nawaki's death was one of the reasons Oro became interested in immortality. He did not kill Nawaki rather he saw Nawaki die and chose to research ways of becoming immortal.
I hate it when people say Oro is evil. He is not evil all he wants is to learn all the Jutsu in the world and destroy Konoha because most wars are caused by the Ninja village system.

COnsidering that he was grieving for Nawaki's death, apparently, no.

unless the flashback lied to us (which is impossible considering it was to himself) no orochimaru didnt kill him

His death and the impact it had was shown in Orochimaru's flashbacks. He saw Nawaki get blown up. He didn't do it
