Anyone else "THINK" danzo made a plan when he got KA

I feel like there was a decent time skip after danzo stole shisu's MS, maybe he used it to change itachi, when under KA the victim has no idea of it going on nor the cause and effects that follow, Danzo wanted the kyubi, he killed the mssanger frog, obito assumed he wanted control. He knew if there was a coup the higher ups would be at risk not the foot soldiers that ment himself and if he died no more 9tails, experiments. I feel he knew if he had 99.99% of them killed off he could pick up sharigans left and right like a kid in a candy shop. I feel danzo took advantage of the coup to make shit worse to get to his own ideals. That's the jist of my thought.

Maybe the next chapters will reveil something that will ease your mind. - I DONT think itachi was under any control he did it out of free will to avoid war and to protect Sasuke and the village.

If he KA'd Itachi to carry out the massacre, Sasuke would be dead. It would also be bad writing and I would prefer it be Itachi's decision.
