anyone else shocked?

Im a little shocked with narutos response to sasuke in a way. I mean i was kinda expecting him to lash out at sasuke defending kakashi and sakura. I mean obviously sasuke is doing the logical thing protecting him first and naruto clearly understands that but it just almost seemed out of character for him.

EDIT: Im not saying i dont like the response i like it a lot, it does show maturity and growth im just stating it caught me by suprise

Honestly kind of a boring chapter. I wouldve at least liked to have seen a kaguya flashback story or something
