I have a feeling kishi deliberately made it seem like sakura isn't sarada's mother just to stir up drama. I mean sasuke isn't that low to bang karin and give their child to sakura, is he?

Yep, I think it's just to add drama for Sarada. She already has daddy issues right now so this is just the icing on the cake. Now she thinks that her mother isn't really her mother. Drama galore!
