Anyone Else Noticed...No Samuraii In War Yet...(Mifune Not Counted)

Just noticed reading the manga...that there are huge HUGE crowds of shinobi in the alliance, and heaps of medical ninja...but since the start of the war i dont think ive seen one samurai on the battle field OTHER THAN MIFUNE...

just thought id put that i caps before people start flaming me for it...

Just saiyin, i cant remember there being any samurai in the war so far

Maybe the anime will put in some filler battles and episodes that highlight each of the village's shinobi and the samurai. That would be pretty cool (at least better than the usual flashback filler stuff)

They are probably the guys clearing the battle field and burying the dead... They are of no other use

there so used to playing with their big swords...it wouldnt surprise me lol, they got no screen time...but they are fodder like the other shinobi getting killed off...
perhaps anime will change it?

Rikerslade is right, they were backing up Mifune during his fight with Kimimaru and Chiyo. After he defeated Hanzou, they grouped up and fought those two. If you didn't happen to see those pages, than go back and look again.

When the central command was updating us on the battles, you saw Mifune and Samuri fighting Chiyo and Kimimaru. When Edo was released and we say Chiyo and Kimimaru disappearing, we saw Samuri around them. There were other samuri involved, no doubt about it.
