Sarada may be wearing glasses like Karin, her eyes shape is similar to Karin's but her forehead is a little bit larger than most, like Sakura's forehead
It could just be the angle, but perhaps, Sarada wears glasses for another reason, also sharingan improves the eyesight when it's awakened, and before that the Uchiha have normal eyes like everyone else, maybe Sarada will need glasses while her sharingan isn't active or until she activates her sharingan.
On the other hand, Uchiha are very smart and perceptive, if Sarada suspects that Sakura isn't her real mom, there may be more reason than the fact that she wears glasses and she is using the glasses as her first hint to find her real mom. In opinion I think Karin is the real mom, but you never know with Kishimoto
I also think that maybe Sasuke and Karin had a child and Karin dies, and he marries Sakura after who takes in Sarada...
This mini manga can't last to long if it starts just before they graduate from the academy and lasts until Boruto the movie, which I think takes place during the Chunin exams
