how Naruto is getting help and attention from Kage's, Hinata, Sakura and only Taka is really paying attention to Sasuke.

Wouldn't say he doesn't deserve it but still kinda sad. Would be legitimately sad if he does actually die and nobody ends up helping him.

Next chapter people will know about Sasuke as well . Its just that no one knows he got knocked out and Karin is one of the best sensors out there which is why only TAKA knows about it .

Let's not jump to conclusion since we don't know the full story. But remember that team taka has a sensory type and hinata. Well does not really care 4 sasuke and visa versa
And how are the kages suppose to know that sasuke is hurt . So let's first wait for facts

Well everyone saw Naruto because of Gara & the kages believed in Naruto , same with the SA , so that's why he got more attention from those people than Sauske , Sauske has Taka/Oro , who already noticed & will not let Sauske die .
