After Obito released the Juubi into his final form, shouldn't he have gone back to how he previously looked? I think its bs that he still has the Ten Tails powers.
If he went back into his previous state, he could use Kamui and it would open up the opportunity for Kakashi to re-enter the story. You know, like have Kakashi injure Obito when he teleports or something.
