with the Raikage I mean I hate the way his character is he doesn't seem fit for his role he is a angry child who is irrational when he gets angry and his skill set sucks so hard OK he's fast and durable that's about it he has bijuu lvl chakra and doesn't use any jutsu but lighting armor that's cool but come on the raikage are supposed to be second to the hokage I just feel they could have done better on him
