Tobi doesn't use ninjutsu often aside from his S/T tech, are you implying that he sucks? Guy could kick a majority of people's asses. You implying that he sucks?

No I am not. But those two are on a another level than the "so called' Hokage... I think what I'm trying t' say is, I would like t' see more from Tsunade and Sakura then just "punch this" and "kick that".
