Anyone else curious about Burrito /Belt or whatever the f*cm his name is?

From the recent spoilers it seems like bolt has a completely different demeanor than hinata or naruto in their childhood. In the character art he seemed sort of stand offish. Like a part one menu or sasuke. And in the spoiler pages we see a genuinely angry naruto punched the shit out of him. Dafuq is wrong with Burrito?
