I agree when he says that ninjas will amount to trash. Take danzo for example, he wanted to protect konoha in everything he did, but the ways he did it in made it trash. The ninja world isnt just some old fun world like portrayed in part 1, its a horror full of trash and scumbags who have to kill their own comrades to protect the village. In the shinobi world you either die young or live long enough to become bad.

I disagree. lol to an extent. though kakashi failed many times he didnt end up like trash. like the other hokage. some of them failed in some aspects but they all died for the village so though they failed did not live to end up like trash. it depends on the shinobi

I agree with Obito. Why? Because Obito's way will lead him to the true meaning of ninja, more experience, harsher life, etc. Naruto's only been through discrimination and sadness because he couldn't save Sasuke. Obito lost his lover because his "best friend" broke all promises and killed her infront of him.

Naruto's passion was to become Hokage. (An okay passion)

Obito's passion was to change what being a ninja meant. (A much greater passion)
