Anyone can make me a animated sig ?

I don't know the exact terms for it, but I need a sig
that first has a picture of mist covering the whole area, then changes into a picture of Zetsu with the words " Run. Or I'll Eat You." ( or something like that basically )

Can anyone make me that sig ?
