Anyone Bothered about "That Jutsu" of Naruto???

An completely unknown jutsu mentioned since the beginning of Shippuden, the one Jiraiya said not to use ever under special circumstances. Sounds like it poses a real risk to the user.

Could this be somehow connected to his right arm being bandaged and hair being short? I'm implying his body damaged severely....including his hair.

There's also talk about how Minato and Jiraiya's hoped for Naruto to complete this jutsu, though it MUST be a DIFFERENT one since THESE LETTERS NEED TO BE EMPHASIZING! lol sorry..

But I just think Minato was talking about Tailed Beast Mode.

You know? I made a hatred thread when I read that issue (blowing off steam, learning I was $800 in debt while being unemployed) but got an idea shortly after.

Naruto punched Kaguya after catching her off guard. An one-shot opening like that wouldn't be wasted with a single punch.
A POSSIBLE outcome is that Naruto "tagged" Kaguya--maybe with something similar to the FTG seal.

"That jutsu" was a Jutsu Minato tried to perfect, advance and/or use, it obviously requires something as powerful as a bhiju's cloak, and it it was a secret jutsu.
Maybe, just MAYBE it involves FTG technique at an evolved level--something Minato used ALL the time, but had other plans in the works. Sounds stupid but I think Naruto landing a blow like that has more to it than we think.

Consider the downsides to FTG:
1) you can see the tag--if you see it, you know to stay away and becomes more predictable
2) The tag HAS to be placed--Minato's counter to this was sticking it to a Kunai for range
3) It's instant teleportation--but like #1, it technically still has limited range. Sasuke's teleportation is anywhere he wants it within a certain radius and recharge. Two bad downsides, but neither of them the same as FTG.

Imagine how much more powerful you could evolve FTG with that much chakra AND Naruto's resourcefulness/unpredictability? Look what he's done with all of his other jutsus!

I disagree. Jiraiya expressed faith that Naruto complete the technique Minato wanted complete. It was stated that Minato failed to complete the Rasengan, which Naruto, Jiraiya and Naruto knew. The technique that was to be completed was Rasengan. Why would Jiraiya express faith in Naruto completing the technique if it was Flying Raijin, a technique no one around would be able to teach him? Granted, you have those four dudes, but they could barely use it on their own, I doubt they could or would be willing to teach it to someone else. Flying Raijin had its downsides, but that does not mean the technique wasn't complete. Minato also had a Bijuu Cloak, but didn't show any kind of increased proficiency to his FTG because of it, so that's ruled out.

The reason Jiraiya thought Naruto would need the key to the Fox's seal is because completing Rasengan is adding a nature release to it, which requires impeccably precise chakra control, something Kurama was robbing Naruto of. Jiraiya thought Naruto would need to control Kurama so that his chakra control would no longer be messed up and he'd have a better chance of completing Rasengan. However, Naruto's potential exceeded Jiraiya's expectations, and he was able to do it without controlling the fox.

Add the fact that Jiraiya expressed faith in Naruto completing the technique also rules out whatever technique Jiraiya was talking about in the beginning of Shippudden, the one he told Naruto to never use. Jiraiya was talking about the same jutsu, he stated that Minato wanted Naruto to complete it so Jiraiya as Minato's teacher would know of it. Minato wasn't talking about tailed beast mode, here the toad asked if Naruto would really need a jutsu like that

The only thing is Jiraiya never taught Naruto an element so it can't be "that jutsu" since if he warned Naruto not to use "that jutsu" and he didn't have wind chakra at the time then he didn't have FRS. . Thing is Naruto never needed to use key or Kurama's chakra while learning Wing Rasengan, Yamato was only making sure the clones didn't use Kurama's chakra and if they did then he would suppress it. If that was the case then Jiraiya could have used the key to teach Naruto his element then to add it to Rasengan while using the key to keep Naruto's seal closed.

At the last part, Jiraiya told Naruto not to use "that jutsu" which is the same as what he talks about later on because he said Naruto needs Kurama's chakra to complete it so in the beginning of Shippuden, telling him not to use an incomplete jutsu fits well. It wasn't the reverse halem jutsu since Jiraiya was totally serious when he told Naruto not to use and he's always goofy when Naruto use his Sexy jutsu and Naruto mentioned having a more prevy jutsu to Konohamaru and Sakura so that's what the reverse halem is. The Toad key commented why would Naruto need a jutsu like that and it's a jutsu that Minato created

I don't even care about which jutsu that is. It's either mastering the bijuu cloak (Remember that Naruto nearly killed Jiraya when he went 4 tails, a good reason to forbid him from using it) or there was never supposed to be any jutsu to start with (just kishi being dramatic)

Well it can't be the Bijuu cloak since "that jutsu" is something Minato created and is something Naruto need Kurama's chakra to complete. It wouldn't make sense for it to be KM/BM. The key Toad asked why Naruto would need a jutsu like that so it has to have some kind of weird or dangerous effect I think

It could be that Kishi just forgot about it, he seemed to forget that Madara's eyes have all the jutsus Nagato have been using and how Madara taught Obito who taught Nagato.
