anyone annoyed by the fact that lately sasuke lacking character development?

Is naruto an interesting character? Is sakura not annoying? Im not doing the same he called sasuke a retarded character when he's clearly not.

Area's naruto is not interesting and sakura is annoying point blank.

The way I see it, all characters are fully developed except sasuke (prob madara as well but that's coz he's in need of TnJ). The series is almost over and it's to be expected that all characters have been developed fully but sasuke? He still has some development left.

As it is the amount of development he gets already rivals the protagonist, and he still has more left. I haven't come across another deuteragonist in any manga/anime that has the same prominence as sasuke to the story (not including romance genres or antagonists as deuteragonists).

Not exactly. His teamwork with Naruto was restored, he's been tactical, he has an ambition to become hokage still under unknown means and supposedly wishes to kill the bijuus. There's plenty development there. Kishimoto is purposely keeping most of his thoughts under wraps because he is the deutertagonist. Most deutertagonists are constructed that way. It's called mystique. If you noticed in part 2, Sasuke's training and actions were not shown prior to the forth arc because Kishimoto was keeping him mysterious and unpredictable for the audience and his fights against Orochimaru, Deidara and Itachi.
