When kakashi was sealing Sasukes CM and Orichimaru popped up, why did Kakashi all of sudden start shaking when Orochimaru said why don't you to try to kill me??

Did kakashi genuinely fear him?

It's a strange ability and at the same time a signature move of Oro's. Victims are exposed to visions of their own death which leaves them paralysed and unable to do anything. He used it against Sasuke+Sakura (twice), Kakashi, Gen'yuumaru and Kyuubi. It doesn't requre neither eye contact nor any hand seals/chakra molding and at the same time it's not Genjutsu. To resist it one has to have more sinister chakra than Orochimaru (raging Kyuubi was the only one to have resisted so far).

After the initial shock and paralysis, one (if their will is strong enough) can break out of this jutsu by inflicting pain to their body.

Tl;dr: Orochimaru would've negged him... He would've treated him just like how he treated Sasuke/Sakura at the time... They would've had to censor the ass rape that would ensue afterwards
