Theory has one fatal flaw.

That is the fact Sasuke mentioned only Orochimaru could use the power in the scroll.

IMO its most likely Shiki Fujin release. Why?

Consider these factors:

-Kurama needs his other chakra back, which resides in Minato (Minato and Naruto meeting?)

-Orochimaru for years have search a cure to Shiki Fujin.

So what I'm saying is Oro is gonna use a jutsu that not only breaks the Shiki Seal, but bring the Hokages back, and perhaps a certain someone.

Your theory is good, I agree on Orochimaru plotting to steal Madara's body.

Btw, where do you think the amaterasu TBB would come from?

im not quite sure... i mean kurama is down for the count now.. but it could be a TBB from naruto and kurama, plus the chakra/spirit he received from the other tailed beasts. adding amaterasu to it, if the juubi cant put it out, then it burns up into nothing right? of course that only would be played out if sasuke were to set aside his hatred for konoha, in exchange for taking out madara and the juubi. just a guess.

Nice theory, that would be a great twist, giving Oro supreme power and becoming the main villain again. But remember when Oro tried to take over Sasuke? He failed, can't really remember why, too lazy to look at those chapters again. Wouldn't Madara do the same thing?

Of course you did say he would slip in at the perfect time, perhaps while Madara's being distracted or he gets hit by a large amount of jutsus that knock the wind out of him.
