I hope it's not as bad as it is estimated to get. I am so glad it moved away from my area because I don't think this place would make it. I am worried about family and all others who will get the worst of it.

Some of Louisiana will be effected too, and they say this hurricane could have the same characteristics as Katrina, though I don't think it will get that bad.
I have family in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Houston.

I was almost trapped when I went visiting. Hurricane Katrina was moving in. I almost got trapped in 2 Hurricanes now.

I live in a state where there's a lot of flooding and cyclones. Stay strong Texans.

I live in the Netherlands and I get all excited when a little wind hose blows some leaves in a spiral..

So far for natural disasters over here

Tornado warnings where I'm from just meant there's potential for it and that's it.


There? In Texas? Tornado warnings actually means a tornado/hurricane is imminent. That's the 3rd time I've ever been legit afraid. Seeing a tornado is some scary shit in person as it is amazing.
