Anybody else wondering what the hell happened to Yamato?

Seriously, he was one of my favorites, and i would have loved to see some interaction between him and the first. I bet the first would be in aww that he was even remotely able to use the famous "Wood Style." I hope Kishi ties up this loose end, and doesnt just kill him off.

Actually i've been here for a while, i just dont post that often, and thanks for the welcome, but i'm a bit confused as to why i would need the search bar, i know what actually happened to Yamato as in the fact that hes been captured, what i meant was, why have we not seen any signs of him since, at least to let us know he's still alive or dead.

Retards, you clearly didnt understand the meaning of my post, i think it's pretty much common knowledge what happened to Yamato, as i said, next time i will word things a little more specifically. I was stating, why have we not heard of him since he had been capture. I mean you mean to tell me, absolutely no attempt to rescue him was made by the Ninja alliance?

the thing is, everybody is focused in the on going war right now i doubt anyone even has a memory of his/her village/citizens in mind right now...the whole world is at stake to think or just one shinobi's safty over the whole world is not wise at all....
