I don't see why Post TS Marco couldn't be on that level. It was implied that he could maybe even defeat BB.

I really doubt that anyone in OP can take Marco + Vista + Jozu + 11 other commanders + 16000 members at the same time. While they said that I also think they referred to whole BB crew and not just BB himself, because it would be too much.
Akainu will likely get stronger also, even if not, Akainu is in 50s (I think), I estimate that Marco is around Shanks' and BB's age, so it would put Marco's power less mature than Akainu's.
All the commanders with the exception for Jozu failed to hurt someone like Akainu, most other commanders apart from the ones you named are fodder and all of them weren't WB pirates they were allies.
Marco's powers are less mature than Akainu but I doubt Marco will ever be stronger than him.
I like Marco and his DF but being a member of straw hats no.
The white beard pirates are still very much relevant.
And I feel Marco will make an appearance in the future and we will get to see the full extent of his powers. I mean he posses immortality in a sense which is always cool to see.

No WB Pirates has 16 divisions and each division has 1000 members. Which is total sum of 16.017 members.
1.000 (members of each division) x 16 (number of division) + 16 (division commanders) + 1 (captain) = 16.017
Captain (WB) and two commanders are dead (Ace and Thatch) and many members died during war with Marines. But I wouldn't say that even half of members died during the war. Which IMO would leave WB Pirates with around 10.000 members.
I also never necessary said that Marco will be equal with EoS Akainu, but I pretty much see him being around same as MF Akainu, if not even stronger.
