i'm over 18...I've been watching and reading anime since i was young! first anime was Sailor Moon (lol), DBZ (Kamehameha!)...then pokemon (loved playing the card game) and Yugioh (love that card game as well)...i use to be ashamed but now that i think about...I'm proud of myself for loving anime and manga...You should be too!

Just thought I would mention that I am the same way at 24. I have one friend who also reads and watches it and I talk about it with him but aside from that I hide my interest in it amoung my friends. As for the people they are, I know they wouldn't really care if I watched or read it but just don't feel comfortable sharing it with people unless they are also into it

I'm 18 and I love reading Naruto. I don't see why you should be ashamed, to be honest. Naruto/Naruto shippuden isn't just some cartoon show, it's got a lot of thought provoking material, awesome music, etc. In my opinion, it's on par with hollywood (and maybe even better).:scorps:
