Well I think itachi took his eyes back when he last saw him because since then he has been using his ms instead of ems
And for thoughs that say he can switch his ms to ems. How is that even possible when the eyes are mixed together

He just switched them and they aren't mixed, you can mix them if you want to. Watch the end closely (ik its not real but point is he can switch them :

But when obito planted itachi eyes into sasuke's he had to mix them with his eyes and sorry to say but that's not cannon at all not even a little it's the intro to an naruto anime ep and I don't think it's possible to switch but during the kabuto fight sasuke showed his ems but when itachi last talked to him his head touch sasuke's head and since then sasuke has been showing ms but I could be wrong Kishi did make a mistake about the hokages drawing during the obito reveal so who k ows

if the eyes are mixed together then he can still go to 1-3 tomoe if he wants to
and Sasuke is different from the others kinda, since all of them are different in their potential with certain Sharingan jutsu..
but Sasuke also idk... it just ... happened twice ya know...MS instead of EMS.. so it actually happened...

Also agree with maybe he took EMS back...or his own eyes image or Sasuke still has EMS but it doesn't look like Itachi's mixed anymore...

Sasuke got MS by himself, why do you ppl keep saying "oh itachi gave him MS & EMS" no he didn't Itachi gave him a amaterasu spawn, if itachi gave him his MS then he would be the same but it isn't and sasuke took EMS itachi didn't give it to him.

Well, I say because Sasuke doesn't pour enough hatred/feelings into his powers to use EMS. Or maybe EMS is still new to him.
From what I'm seeing, the reason Sasuke switching to MS may be similar to why Naruto switch to KCM. They are still new to their new powers and haven't use them long enough to be permanent or at least close to it.

Yes! I completely agree with you! I don't know if you guys have ever heard this but "A writter/author would never repeat something without a purpose." So it is clearly not an error here, hence, Kishi drew sasuke's MS twice because he has a purpose, and plus he wants us readers to think about it and come up with predictions for his true motives. The manga has always been presented in this manner. Kishi often present us with something in mysterious ways with minimal information in order for us to wonder, analyze, discuss, and argue about, and that's what Narutobase.net is made for.

Because he didn't want to reveal that he's already been hurt even more and probably start fighting before he get his answers, you know sasuke is a smart dude he gets answers and then decide on every fight, sometimes he need to fight in order to get answers.

Sasuke was dehydrated and therefore didnt have anymore blood to drained to conserve his chakra, thats why.
