Given that Izanagi was so wildly popular among the Uchiha at one point, and that the combination of Uchiha and Senju abilities was stated to be extraordinarily rare, limited to Obito, Madara, and Danzō, then the only logical conclusion is that Izanagi can be used much more effectively by a Rikudō, for minutes on end with a single eye, but that normal Uchiha can use Izanagi only briefly, for a handful of seconds to stave off death and reappear elsewhere at the cost of an eye.

Well, I made this because many poeple ignored the possibility that Sasuke and Itachi do likely have a counter to escape the certain death of Chibaku Tensei and other you're-****ed jutsu for a potential opening with a surprise Amaterasu-assault.

I disagree, didn't Tobi say that Danzo was using an imperfect version of Izanagi? Which if you know, Danzo possesses both Senju and Uchiha dna so your speculation that Perfect Izanagi can only be performed when an individual has Senju genes is invalid.
