and his main power comes from soosano which doesnt require hand seals. basically sasuke is too much of a badass to be limited with the loss of a hand. would he prefer his other arm? sure but he hasnt let it affect him much as you can see.

OT: How man, he matched Kinishiki with his Kenjutsu and in the Last he performed a Chidori that busted a meteor. He has all of his Uchiha techniques and things he doesn't need to weave signs for like Amaterasu or Susanoo. Having that extra arm really doesn't matter.

my point is sasuke with just 1 arm is weaker than sasuke with 2 arms bro....just imagine you have only 1 arm wouldn't you be weaker then you used to be with 2arms??

even Jiraiya hundred of chapters ago using foot&hair seals :lol
