Like Napalm said look at the updated Sensei table in Naruto Training grounds. See if any of them are available by politely asking them on vms.

You have got to put work into finding one.
Vm a few asking if they have spaces.
If they dont want you to VM them it will normally say somewhere on their profile.

I mean my own Sensei told me I was annoying and that I'll never be his student, yet I have faith that he will teach me everything I should know. >_O

Some Sensei's/Sempai's have sign up threads where you apply and then just wait for an available spot. Besides that and sending them a VM there isn't a lot you can do, you have to be lucky to get in in the beginning I guess...

@OP the best way is to be patient, apply in threads and ask if they have spots open now and then.
