But have you ever watched part 2 on the day in the future that Marty had to travel to? No, no you didn't because that's today. It's not about if you've seen it it's about watching the movie on the day mentioned in the movie.

not exactly, it'd be more comparable to watching pearl harbor on December 7th or a movie about D-Day on June 6th. What it'd most be like though is reading 1984 in 1984 and having been alive in 1949 when it was released.
