Baka to test is really comical its better dubbed.

If you want a light anime which only has 12 episodes watch Freezing or Itsuka Tenma no Kuro-Usagi
More developed plot(12 and more eps) : Seikon no Qwaser or Kore wa Zombie Desu ka(both seasons)
