Any reason why my "Ninja TV" thread was removed ?

Right now trying to comprehend on why my 2 parter thread(that I worked to a great degree on to make it as constructive as possible) was removed, yet it's perfectly acceptable to post Danzo spams and misleading chapter announcements?

The thread was mainly a joke parody of Naruto and Anchorman put together, where the former would relay to the "Ninja News" in a funny way yet descriptive as possible, using jokes such as "Breaking news, the notorious yet useless Sakura has once again proven to the entire world that she is incapable of doing the most simplest of things, such as taking out an eye which could had prevented the genjutsu from happening in the first place!" and also such as "Numerous reports are suggesting that the perpetrator is none other than Madara Uchiha, who formerly led Konoha with his then-boyfriend Hashirama!"

It actually had a couple of people laughing, which was my main intent since I kind of wanted to lighten the atmosphere.

Well you get the idea, I put a good 30 minute into making that post and now it's gone, yet I see spams and garbage being posted on a regular basis yet nothing is done about that ...
