Any possible ways to break out of Koto?

Literally the only good thing about KotoAmatsukami is that the victim doesn't know that they're under it. But anyone who can see they're chakra (friend, comrade, Hyuuga) and can tell it's disturbed can break them out of it. Or, they could just tell the victim and release themselves from it.

Or, if the user had clones on standby they could have those break them out of it. Kage Bunshin pretty much think differently, but when they poof away the knowledge that each one acquires goes back to the real person. If Naruto, Itachi, or whoever else were caught in KA and they had clones already made, those would break them out of it.

Also, if you are already expecting it before it's cast on you, then the tech doesn't matter. This was shown when the crow cast it on Itachi. He knew it was going to happen, it caught him, but he didn't break it since there was no need to and the command was a good thing (protect village/shinobi world) and he'd do that by stopping ET which he wished to do.

The manga stated that to break any genjutsu, you just need to have the ability to disturb your chakra after realizing you're in one.

This is problematic for only the following genjutsu:

-KA... but as previous users stated this genjutsu has many weaknesses. Just knowing you're in it ruins the entire premise of it and control isn't anything special... Obito controlled Yagura with ephemeral and Itachi controlled a woman in part one with ephemeral as well.

-Tsukiyomi... Itachi has the option to make it last one second in real life or prolong it. If it's a second, his opponent doesn't have time to break it.

-Infinite Tsukiyomi... a genjutsu that pierces even through shadows and the only thing that can reflect it is Sasuke's Susano'o at the moment? Good luck with that.

-Some 3-tomoe genjutsus by Sasuke and Itachi... usually people don't know if they're in a genjutsu anyway, because things can look normal. The opponent doesn't notice things are off until it becomes distorted. Sasuke fooled Deidara along with Danzo & Itachi has fooled Naruto and other characters in this manner.

True, but I said that because the victim of KA doesn't even know that he's under a genjutsu. Your other points are good.
