He could be in disguise also didn't the tentou dude have a Butler with him why isn't he in the room. I think it's possible that it might be kawakii especially if he's working for this shojoji guy in disguise but I don't know what his goal would be by doing that unless it's to secretly trick Boruto to give him the info he wants.
