Sign up in the Naruto FC and I will explain it again. We are looking for more people. I know some hidden talents are here.

What exactly is fan art? Sorry, but I really do not know. Is it like coloring a manga page? Or making your own art by drawing it from scratch and doing your own modifications? Is it similar to the phrase "Original Work"?
