I first started reading the works of Kurt Vonnegut in I believe eighth grade, and immediately fell in love with everything I read of his. Then, suddenly, I stopped reading his stuff, and I'm not quite sure why. Now, quite a few years later, I've started to read his stuff again - I started Jailbird on Monday and finished it on Tuesday of this week, and just today I picked up a book with several of his stories in it. I've come to the tentative conclusion that he's my favorite author 
So, I was wondering, who else likes Vonnegut? ^_^
If you haven't read any of his stuff, I strongly suggest you do. He's the ultimate master of satire and dark comedy. His works move over the border between tragedy and comedy so many times, you're never quite sure how you're supposed to feel by their ends.
