right up untill the change nobody new about edo tensie like tobito and kabuta knew but not naruto correct me if im wrong but i thought they found out edo tensie was being used when Captain Yamato was takin and dediera was there now im not saying im right i just think there is a big plot hole and or mistake...if someone could fill me in on whats right

If I'm not mistaken, the word was spread about Edo-Tensei to the allied forces, when they found out Akatsuki was using it.
Like they do with other information, like the way Zetsu moved underground, or the way his techs worked.
