I would save minato. Naruto would have a father and i guess no ninetails fox in him. I guess Kushina would be dead if this happened as she sealed the beast in her before she died. Still atleast naruto would have a parent and he would have probably been an awesome ninja from the beginning and been top of his class. Maybe if minato was hokage he could have stopped the Uchiha massecre and naruto and sasuke could have been friends from the very beginning and they both would have become great ninja and all.
