I train in BJJ with my wrestling coach also. All of my wrestling coaches are professional fighters in MMA, or are at least knowledgeable in it.

If I had to choose it would be Greco-Roman. It is the most demanding(physically), it requires great upper body strength, fast muscle recovery, and a shitload of endurance. But once you've gotten the grasp of it you can toss someone with minimum effort.

I for one am better at traditional(American) wrestling, which demands that you have a well balanced muscular body, explosive strength and speed. Great reflexes, and cardio for days. I change my mind, American wrestling is the most useful, more technique is needed instead of just brute strength(Greco Roman).

You also have to remember that Aspergers can make you lonely and tortured. ADHD is just a secondary disorder.

ADHD is something you live with and something that can't easily be diagnosed and one you have to receive medication which eventually cripples how you interact with people. I am not trying to say yours is any less but don't shoot me down because you think your disorder is any worse. If you came on here to have people feel sorry then you are wrong.

My real brother has Adhd but now hes older u practically wouldnt notice anymore
I think u can grow out of both "disorders" actually if thats what u can even call it
Theres to many names for every small minor deviation nowadays if u ask me
