Any of you been to the military. I'm going to the Army but idk much about it except boot camp and some benefits. Tell me of your experiences!

I was a sniper, in a tank division and I was in the squad for Normandy. Omaha beach.

Most of my experience is with the Navy. My army experience is working with veterans. I won't say much, but the United States could be doing more for their veterans. Tri-care is widely accepted in military communities for medical, dental, and psychiatric care. It seems like Tri-care will slowly be switching to Medicaid or Medicare for veterans though, especially over 65. If you have a family, deployments can be difficult. If you decide to stay in the long-term retirement package and experience is invaluable. The military helps build discipline and hard work. If you're enlisted expected your JO to be a turd lol. If you're going into OCS, try not to be a turd when you get out.
