Watch Hellsing Ova.....it is by far the best anime I have ever seen and the last episode just came out a few days ago. There are only 10 episodes total

Also Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Gugngrave, DN Angel, and Deathnote are amazing.
