[Discussion] Any Manga/Anime like Death Note?

Death Note ( IMO) has to be hands down the best Anime of all time. Just think about it, Death Note had almost Non existing action and it gets me the chills each time I watch an episode. That how you know the plot is sub-perfect.

That being said, is there any anime/manga that is as suspenseful as Death Note? I need a Death Note 2.0.

I've watched Code Geass before, its really good, but I haven't watched Death Note yet(though I plan too).

The first few episodes of Zankyou no Terror gives those kinda vibes, really interesting. There won't be another Death Note though.

I can see why people would think Code Geass is kind of similar to DN, but they're not even really all that alike, I think CG is better however so you could check that out too.

I personally enjoyed CG more because of the characters. The only characters I cared about in Death Note were L and Light, so once L was gone the rest was just not as good (but it was still good).

But ZnT is only 12 episodes so it's a little rushed, and I don't want to spoil but a certain character kind of threw things off for me. It was still a great watch though I recommend it.

Eh I meant that the story wasn't as great as DN despite the concept being similar

Isn't really anything like Death Note. But I think you'd like Monster and Code Geass if you haven't already seen them.

the anime maybe but im certain the manga was finished before there was a Code Geass.
