As far as minato unseen jutsu. ..dont even mention them. There are no ifs or assumptions about it because we've never seen it. Dont even bring it up because its a moot point.

I have already told you if you don't want to take manga portrayal into account then just tell me and I'll stop using it.Iam quite aware of the rules of VS section but the reason why I have crossed those limits is because your OP kinda sounds like your looking for new ideas and not just feats which is why I brought this hype argument otherwise I wouldn't have did it.It was my fault for misunderstanding the OP.It is your thread and Iam here to share my thoughts with you.If your not ok with them then all I can do is to leave this thread or share somemore opinions.So as I promised earlier I'll stop using this as a reason to say that Minato can beat Raikage in this thread.

Well, since everyone is diving in ill go ahead and say:

Hiruzen
Onoki
Muu

I don't see how minato injures him.

Hiruzen having wind element jutsu's will be enough to nullify the lightning armor. Hiruzen is the most noted genius out of all the hokage and the raikage don't seem like the most battle smart opponents (mostly rely on brute strength and speed). Hiruzen more times than not will outsmart him. And Im confident that Diamond (enma) is harder than Iron (raikage), so I don't see why hiruzen wouldnt cause injury to the raikage. Shawdow clones would also benefit hiruzen.

True but still..miss can't see a bunch exploding tags hurting the 3rd Raikage. And honestly, if your not madara, hashi, have the jinton or a super powered S rank wind jutsu..I dont see you hurting this guy.

I mean the only literal account was him taking damage from his own jutsu. I think that speaks volumes of how wicked this guys defenses are.

Muu, Oonoki, Prime Hiruzen (Part 1 Kabuto stated he was the strongest of his generational kages, he was Kage during the 3rd's reign), Tobirama (I think he has the intelligence to figure out the scar is his weak point), Minato (Same reason as Tobirama), and Danzo (Danzo can suck him in with his summoning that sucks in things, Danzo can also turn on Izanagi and put a curse mark on him like he did to MS Sasuke).

when he has his armor on.Tobirama's jutsu is definitely a S- rank jutsu or may be even better.
