Ive seen the big 3, FMA and Brotherhood, Code Geass, Death Note, Attack on titan, Anything thats ever been on toonami. Durarara, Baccano, Hunter x hunter, Fate/Zero, Gurren lagann and Kill la kill and blue exorcist.

Any animes you know that have cool action, or a really good concept. Or something that you'd recommend based on what ive seen?

Watch Summer Wars. I know its a movie, but it makes an interesting statement about our reliance on technology and how helpless we become without it. Kinda reflects the idea of Terminator Judgement Day, but in a Japanese context...

If you're looking for something new try some Samurai/Edo period anime, it seems you haven't tried any of those yet.

or you could try some random stuff from Netflix(I did that and it worked out pretty well) I found Desert Punk, Elfen Lied and Kenichi on there which are all good anime.
