The scan you are looking for is in part 1, vol 26 i believe. Where they do all those uchiha flashbacks prior to VoTe 1. I don't know if they said they recovered his body but they definitely confronted itachi and brought up the suicide note.

I just did, but they never found his body, only the note. He left no corpse behind

There's nothing that points him to Shisui.

"B-but the nose..." Several characters are drawn with similar looking features and have no relation to each other. Several characters have different looking features depending on the angle they were drawn. There's only so many ways you can draw a nose.

"B-but Itachi..." If Shisui was alive he would have heard about Itachi killing the entire clan. Considering he trusted the Uchiha name to Itachi, I imagine he would be a bit upset with Itachi, not Sasuke.
