Any fillers worth watching in Original Series?

My wife and I started watching the Original Series of Naruto. I've never watched all the episodes in order. I plan to skip to the end after episode 134 or so because they're all stories original to the anime, but my wife is interested in watching some of them if there are any good ones.

One I will definitely avoid: Onbaa

Which ones are most worthy of including if I had to pick some?

fillers from Naruto (not shippuden) are interesting and funny. You should watch it. =D

They all pretty much sucked, I liked the one with that Raiga dude tho the guy who buried people alive that was somewhat okay and that last one where the teamed up with the Sand was alright as well but they weren't all that great, Id honestly just skip them.

You should definitely watch the Trap Master arc at 197 to 201.

That's actually my favorite filler in the entire series and one of the few that can compare to the non-filler episodes.

Watch episode 101 if you haven't. Usually Naruto's attempts at comedy aren't funny at all (canon or otherwise), however this episode is genuinely hilarious.

Fillers that are totally worth to watch are:

Land Of Tea Arc ( Episode 136- 141) : Naruto, Sakura, and Jiraiya, are investigating Orochimaru's whereabouts, encounters the Fūma clan. This also involves searching for Sasuke Wherebouts, but Sakura gets her time to Shine in terms of her redemption instead of being a Burden.

Mizuke Strikes Back Arc ( Episode 142-147) : Naruto helps Iruka catch the escaped convict, Mizuki. Mizuke has some connection with Orochimaru, but he gain enormous power who wants to get revenge on everyone on the Leaf for defying him.

Search for Bikochu Arc ( Episode 148 - 151) : Naruto and Team 8 look for the bikōchū beetle in the hopes that it will lead them to Sasuke Uchiha. Hinata gets major Character development, she`s able to learn new moves in able to stop her enemies by herself. Hinata is the star of the arc


BEST FILLER ARC!! Curry of Life Arc ( Episode 152- 157) Naruto and Team Guy deal with Raiga Kurosuki and his Kurosuki family Raiga is one of the Legendary swordsmen , an A rank Criminal who posses unique skills in term of Lightining and Water Release. This is without a doubt the best filler arc of all.

Land of the Sea arc ( Episode 169 - 173) Anko Mitarashi takes Naruto, Ino, and Shino to the Land of the Sea to find information on Orochimaru.

Third Great Beast Arc ( Episode 195- 196) Guy is forced to deal with Yagura's apparent attempts at revenge. Gai had no choice but to use Gates which is the first time in the original Naruto despite a Filler.

Trap Master Arc ( Episdoe 197 - 201) The Konoha 11 stop Gennō from destroying Konoha. This is all about who`s the Culprit, if you love mystery, you love this arc. All the rookies 11 get their time to shine.


MUST WATCH I`D RECOMMENDED

Ultimate Weapon Arc ( Episode 216- 220) This is the Final Filler Arc and if not the end of the Naruto series which it wrap up to lead the Canon materials where Naruto will say farewell to everyone in the leaf village and goes 2 years time skip training with Jiriyia.

Although this is the final arc, this is one of the most impressive intense filler arc. The Konoha 11 go to the Sand Village to help rescue Garaa student, Matsuri from the Four Celestial Symbols Men. The Sand siblings and all the Rookies 11 get spotlight.



So If I`d had to say my Top 5 best Filler Arc in Original Naruto, it would be:

1. Curry of Life Arc
2. Ultimate Weapon Arc
3. Search for Bikochu Arc
4. Land Of Tea Arc
5. Trap Master Arc
