Any Explanation on these?

Anyone care to elaborate on these to my understanding?

1. It was stated that Gai couldn't use any ninjutsu, how was he able to summon the tortoise, back when he was about to fight Kisame during Narutos training?

2. Madara was shown flying in last week chap and dis week chapter, how the hell did he just appear down on the ground for guy to be soo close him, cos I didn't see guy jumping or Madara descending?

Any thoughts???

^1. I think back then Gai was not able to use Ninjutsu but the tinkering with his Chakra Network (Gate Techniques) and Sheer training means that he is able to use Basic Ninjutsu like Summoning.

Gai being able to summon has been hard for me to figure out too. I have no clue.

Gai jumping really high is pretty plausible. He did it in the fight vs Kisame (

He can use Basic Ninjutsu but not High level ninjutsu like Elemental Jutsu. That's My take.

Madara was shown in the air and when Gai charged to him he was shown on the ground they clearly wasnt in the air...Maybe Kishi mistake.
