Any Edo Kage can destroy Juubi Easy. Super Punches, Spamming the living daylights out of Jinton Mokuton Planet Food Cart destroyers all over the place. Massive water wall to crush juubi tons of seals Q_Q And so on. The juubi ain't got no sealing jutsu, pretty much the counter to Juubi is die and be revived. SO EDO NVERSE> Juubiii!!!!!!

For that seal, you need a host. The nine tails host had to be from a clan with special chakra and hosting capabilities because it was so damn powerful. There is no way a living human can host the juubi and I doubt they'd use an edo kage unless they were going to use the Reaper Death God technique to seal it away right after.
