The Younger Son and his descendants represent the Body (Yang) of the Juubi the same way the Elder Son and his descendants represent the Eye (Yin) of the Juubi, Naruto as an Uzumaki, represents Uzumaki Rikudou, the human Rikudou who fought the Juubi before becoming its' Jinchuuriki.
