The top things to worry about with this would be...
1. Tranny is probably shot. Seen this before with my friends Chevelle. Idiot paid 8k to a pick n pull for a drag car he wanted to convert into a day to day driver. Well its not that hard to roll back the odometer so his 50k mile car was probably closer to 250k. Ended up dropping another 10k just to get the tranny fixed and make it street legal. Then it caught fire in his garage. Always test drive it first.

2. The biggest issue with old cars and legit low miles is usually fuel lines. These old folks buy the cars and forget about them for years. Then the fuel lines get all gunked up and have to be completely replaced and you gotta flush it.

3. Frame damage. ESPECIALLY ON A Z28. ****ing death traps. Once a frame is damaged the car is pretty much shot. Z28 frame is already pretty ****ed up. If its been in an accident that caused damage to the frame and they just welded that ***** back together then it will crumple like a beer can if it gets in another wreck.

It's "restored and upgrade" that sets of the alerts. Restored suggest that there was a hint of rust and damage. Upgraded means non OEM equipment. The prices are usually high for classic cars if they have the original matching numbers parts and can be proven by the trim tag and build sheet. Without the Trim Tag and Build sheet, the car can't be proven to what it originally came with from the factory. The Matching Numbers means that the drivetrain, transmission, and other major parts has the same number stamped on them. Trim Tag can be found around the engine bay usually close to the drivers side below the windshield. The build sheet can be located in one of the seats.

It maybe 18k miles on a new engine or body. The owner might not be able to verify the authenticity of the original parts. It could be a typo and actually mean 60K instead of 6K. There are lots of variables. If it is a true matching numbers and all rpo codes clear up, then those cars are usually up for sale at Barret-Jackson. If it's a guy who has too much toys and needs to get rid of one of them and you just happen get a rebuilt g-machine project that the owner fixed up on their spare time, you might have bought a lemon or you can have yourself a beast. You never know unless you see it, inspect, and drive it, and know what to look for.

It is normal for car from 1970 to be restored , there is nothing wrong with it , but I will never buy a car onlie . You need to test drive it . If you don't know much about the cars bring someone who knows . Otherwise you risk to waste your money .
