Any Body willing to make a picture from scratch?

So i wanted to make a picture but i don't have the necessary skills and program to make one, so would anybody be willing to make a picture from scratch? Also I am looking for this picture to be about the size for an actual wallpaper(maybe a signature if i really want it). I don't know anybody else to turn to making this.

Ok but as for the picture could you make a picture with King Boo from Dark Moon(3ds) and have him in a way scaring Luigi as he is on the floor trembling with fear, with the poltergeist 3000? Also have King Boo holding Mario's Hat with just a splash of blood on it. As for the background it could be dark as if they were in the Mansion maybe the open window can be placed. Would you also like me to post of a picture similar to the graphic quality I want?
