Any suggestion apart these above mentioned animes? I want to watch something which has good story and good fight scenes as well like full metal alchemist

The closet thing that you'll find to FMAB is Hunter x hunter or maybe even soul eater.

I would personally suggest Kiseijuu, great plot,fights,animation, characters and one of the best C-development for a main char ever..Not totally about fighting though, but the story is really outstanding.

Samurai Champloo-Good fights and characters, good story but due to length may not feel like that deep of a story.
Baccano! - One of my favorite and imo best stories in an anime, period.
Kenichi-may not be as "adult"/gory as some of your others but the fights are pretty great
more to come, at work list at home

greatly underrated. as the shows goes on they upgrade their animation two times. story is awesome and fights as well

Try watching/reading Gantz, the manga is an awesome ride! Hajime no Ippo is also a really great boxing anime with incredible animation(The same studio who did HxH, Kiseijuu, and One Punch Man). The first seasons animation is dated but it is the longest season with the most fights training and feels. You'll be busy!

Also there's a really good Battle Shounen Manwha I'm reading called Red Storm, it's really hype.
