Any anime-only additions to the manga canon you actually found nice?

I'm not asking about new story arcs or filler characters, but rather anime-only stuff that was added to manga canon characters? Like, for example, anime-only jutsu or backstories (or relatives even, like Choji and Ino's moms)?

To name one, there's that protective-dome jutsu that Hinata used, which was also present in games and Naruto SD, but never in the manga. I think Hinata fans appreciate this addition. Or that paper chakram (ring) that Konan used in the anime, but never got a chance to in the manga.

Utakata was designed by Kishi before his anime appearance, he is on a manga cover and in an artbook. They made an anime arc about him, but his first actual manga appearance was much later as an Edo.

I do think it can be counted as an extension to the Three-Tails hunt which was short in the manga.
